Modules: 2026 roadmap
Jobs2030 modules are nested under seven educational pathways: Generalist (intro level), Operations, Product management, Engineering, Compliance, Marketing, and HR.
These pathways combine modules from multiple companies building innovative AI solutions in financial services, all aligned to specific career or functional tracks. Jobs2030 offers blended learning journeys allowing learners to progress at their own pace. Each pathway is fully accredited, with certificates issued to employees and their sponsors.
Contributing companies co-design the accreditation requirements and final assessments to ensure a shared, high-quality standard.
